ARTIFIGEN Consortium Meets for M6 Transnational Meeting (27 May 2025)
On 27 May 2025, the ARTIFIGEN project partners held their M6 Transnational Meeting, starting at 9:30am (local time), to review progress, align upcoming milestones, and coordinate next steps across the project.
The agenda focused on key updates from multiple work packages. The coordinator, Vasilis Giannoglou (GEO), opened the meeting and led the WP1 Project Management session, addressing the project timeline, monitoring progress, deliverables, risk management, and planning ahead.
Partners then discussed WP2 on user requirements, ethical considerations, and front-end development, including methodology, data collection, user scenarios, and guidance on chatbot ethics.
The meeting continued with WP3, focusing on chatbot integration and the coaching toolkit, including a demonstration and discussion of technical challenges and the roadmap.
Later sessions covered WP4 on pilot testing methodology—exploring field tests and in-lab evaluations, criteria such as UX/UI friendliness and data security, and mitigation planning—and WP5, which highlighted dissemination progress, sustainability planning, and monitoring KPIs.
The meeting concluded with a recap and discussion of next steps, followed by lunch and a group activity to discover Ă“bidos and Peniche, reinforcing collaboration within the consortium.
