The ARTIFIGEN project integrates chatbots into higher education to enhance personalized learning, support educators, foster community engagement, and promote ethical AI use. It aims to improve education accessibility, empower users, drive teaching innovation, and contribute to the digital transformation of education. The project’s key actions include analyzing user needs, addressing ethical concerns, developing chatbot integration and guidance toolkits, conducting pilot testing, and ensuring long-term impact through dissemination and sustainability efforts. Finally, the project will deliver an online platform for chatbot consultation, an educational guidance toolkit with training resources, and community spaces for collaboration. An ethics guide will also be provided to ensure the responsible use of chatbots in education. The following survey takes place within the framework of Work Package 4 (WP4: Pilot Tests and Feedback) and Activity 4.2 (Task 4.2: Field Tests of System Mock-up).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE USERS: Τhis is a prototype developed for testing purposes. It includes limited content and functionality. The goal is to gather feedback to help improve future tools. Currently, the models have been trained on a domain-specific dataset focused entirely on job-seeking materials. As a result, they lack general-domain knowledge and are unable to handle queries outside that scope. This limitation is specific to the mock-up phase and will be addressed in future iterations.
